Hi, I'm Kathy Orr. I am originally from Norfolk, VA, and that's where I acquired my love for the Outer Banks. Growing up, we often came down to visit family, and my Uncle Bob, a devoted fisherman, taught me how to surf fish. Those were the days when one could sleep on the beach down at The Point. I have been hooked on the Outer Banks and fishing ever since!

Having had a successful real estate career for the past 20 years in South Carolina, I have now returned to the Outer Banks to help look after my 2 older aunts.

I love to garden. My best bud has 4 legs and goes by the name "Monty". Even though I don't think I look like a grandma, I have 5 year old granddaughter. Every day  is a new day to learn something and meet new people. My mission is to provide the highest service for my clients and set new standards for customer satisfaction.
